Good for custom labels

They do have compostable mailers and options for recycled content, so yeah, you can definitely go eco-friendly. You gotta specifically select those options though, not everything is by default.

I got some of their eco-friendly boxes and they seemed legit. I think they use vegetable-based inks too for some stuff. Just make sure to ask or look for the 'sustainable' badges on the product pages.

Nah, pretty sure you can't stack them. Most places only let you use one code per order. The bigger savings usually come from buying more stuff, which automatically gets you a better price.

I've used both. Pripro's quality for boxes and labels is top-notch, haven't done brochures with them though. Uprinting is generally good for flat print stuff like brochures, but for complex packaging, Pripro feels a bit more specialized.

Pripro felt a bit more premium for my custom boxes, like the colors were more vibrant. Pricing-wise, it really depends on the volume. Sometimes Uprinting can be cheaper for smaller runs of flat items, but for anything custom-shaped, Pripro usually wins out.

For custom labels, probably under two weeks. I'm in NorCal and mine got here in about 8-10 days after I approved the design. L.A. should be similar or even a bit quicker if they ship from a West Coast facility, afaik.

For custom items, if it's their mistake, they'll usually fix it. Like, if you approved a proof and they printed it wrong, they'll redo it. But if you approved something with a typo you missed, then that's on you. Always double-check those proofs!
